during my stay, I loved how close we were to Parque Espana, which was less than a 10-minute walk, perfect for strolling and relaxing, and being in La Condesa offered easy access to a variety of restaurants and cafes just a few steps away, making it so convenient for enjoying meals after a day of sightseeing.

Consider packing earplugs for the street noise at night. it can get quite loud with the windows open.

Not perfect, but worth it
Absolutely delighted with the warm and cosy furnishings,, and the super attentive staff made my stay memorable. Breakfast options were delightful and delicious!
Be prepared for some windy stairs,, as there's no elevator. The room's design could use a bit more practicality for dressing.

The location near the hippodrome was quiet and perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and had a super comfortable king bed. I loved the accessibility to El Califa Taqueria right next door. their Al Pastor tacos were a delight. However, there were some downsides. The room lacked climate control, making it quite warm at times, which was somewhat eased by a fan provided by the staff. The inconsistent water temperature made showering a bit tricky, swinging from cold to extremely hot. The advertised balcony turned out to be a large window, which was misleading. Additionally, the small hook for clothes and the lone mirror in the bathroom were not ideal when getting ready for events, a full-length mirror would have been helpful.

The lack of soundproofing was a hassle. street noise and a loud party next door made sleep elusive. Our room felt warm without climate control, and the water temperature was inconsistent, swinging from freezing to boiling. Additionally, the advertised balcony was more of a large window, and the single hook and small mirror left us wanting for more space and practicality for dressing up.

The room could benefit from more practical storage solutions for clothing.
